Both ladies were very friendly and helpful. I told her exactly what I was looking for and it was something they already had in the store. Quick and painless purchase. Will definitely do business here again.
Pat handled my grandmother's floral arrangements for her funeral and they were beautiful. They were there on time, and looked great.
Very Disappointed. The flowers I spent $250.00 on for my father's funeral looked old and faded. It was actually a little distracting that the (2) vases of flowers looked so worn out in the midst of the other flowers(delivered by other flower shops) that were there looking bright and vibrant. The owner (Pat) gave her excuses by phone... blaming her flower suppliers...but in reality it's no one's fault but Pat's Flowers for delivering sad sub par flowers on such an important day. Pat the owner spoke confidently about what she could do & trusted her to come through. I felt that I explained what I wanted very clearly and spared no expense. $250.00 for 2 vases of sad/sparse flowers is so so so disappointing. Don't make the mistake I made.
Used her for my wedding. I saved money but boy was it a hassle! At our first meeting she wrote down the times each of my venues (church and reception location) would open and allow set up to begin. She said it wouldn't be a problem. Then the DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING she called and said she needed to be in the church BEFORE 10 am for a 5 pm wedding - and guess who had to foot the bill for the maintenance man's extra hours to be there so early?! ME! I went round and round with her that we had an agreement and she had already agreed what time she would set up the arrangements and if she needed him there earlier she would have to pay the difference. She told me if I didn't pay she would leave the flowers in the van and turn the engine off while she waited and I would be left with wilted arrangements and bouquets. She HELD MY FLOWERS HOSTAGE, PEOPLE!?!?! So of course, I footed the bill - just to be rid of her! To her credit, the arrangements were beautiful. BUT SHE IS AWFUL!
Amazing woman!!!! I called after the cutoff time after having dealt with a HORRIBLE internet florist (also posing to be in Gray, Georgia). The internet florist charged me nearly $100.00 and all for nothing! I ordered at the price they advertised and the time they advertised for same day delivery. They called me back asking me for MORE money! I paid the additional fee in hopes they would deliver it same day. Well they called me back and said they wouldn't! That's when I found Pat. She was the angel on the other side of the phone. She made the delivery even though it was past the time because it was so important to me. PAT YOU ARE AN ANGEL! I will always come to you when I need assistance in the area!
